IMPORTANT UPDATE TO PARENTS - CHANGES TO COVID TESTING AND ISOLATION PERIODS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS
If your child receives a positive Covid-19 test result either from a lateral flow or PCR, please report this to the school office on 01772 335033 and email all test results to bursar@cuerden.lancs.sch.uk.
You need to report the following -
- Type of test confirming the positive result
- Date of positive test
This is so we can accurately confirm with you their expected return to school date.
You should also report it to the School Health Support Team, Tel: 01772 531555 or by email to COVID19Educationquestions@lancashire.gov.uk
