This page is for children who are at home but able to access class learning. Thank you for the support keeping your child in touch and up to speed with their classmates. It will make their return to class much smoother.

Firstly use the class homework set this week. It reflects the text we are reading. Read more around the topic, order the book or get ideas together for your own writing along the same lines.

Secondly – use this as a chance to compete with classmates and improve your times on TTRockstars. The MYMaths website provides many more Year 4 activities from the front page. Login with cuerden,  Password: divide164.

Thirdly The geography webpage

offers the opportunity to revisit all previous learning in KS 1 with a storybook and the KS2 textbook provides the curriculum for Year 3 and 4 basic knowledge which children have learned and will learn. Geography at home is best. You can talk about your own local area with the adults who can give personal reference to real places you both know.

Fourthly, the activities below are very simple class based work which we will be covering. They only refer to the week with these dates.
