BISHOP PHILIP

On Tuesday 14th December, Bishop Philip came to take worship for the whole school. He told us about his job and what he does and we saw some of the special things he uses - his cross, his crook and his mitre. Then, we thought about how light makes us feel safe and can show us the way. Bishop Philip helped us to understand that Jesus, the Light of the World can also make us feel safe and show us the way.

The Signing Club did an amazing selection of Christmas songs all in sign language and Martina accompanied them on the piano for one of them.

Later, Bishop Philip came round to visit all the classes and we asked him questions.
