  Cuerden Church School was awarded the Basic Skills Quality mark on 18th July 2016.  Well done to everyone who contributed to our success!

• SIAMS Outstanding!

  On 25th February 2016, Cuerden Church School had a Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools.  We are delighted to be judged as 'Outstanding' and a full copy of the report can be found in the key information section of this website.

• Improving the local environment!

  The Gardening Club were invited to work with Network Rail and the local pensioners' group to fill planters on the platforms of Bamber Bridge railway station.  Children and staff went along on a windy afternoon this week to help with this project which we think  will encourage people to feel proud of where they live and help to keep their local area looking clean and tidy!

• New Junior climbing frame installed

  We were thrilled to find that a new climbing frame for junior pupils had been installed during the half term break.  It is an exciting design with scramble nets, balance beams and a section for traversing!

  Welcome to our brand new school website! We have created the website to keep parents up to date with school news and notices, and to showcase some of the great things our pupils are achieving. The website is extremely easy to edit by all staff at the school, so check back soon for new updates!
