Prior to the tournament the team worked really hard in training sessions ran by Miss Chapman and Mrs McDougall and also worked alongside Matt from South Ribble Sports Development to develop their skills even further by attending an extra-curricular club.
During the tournament the children enjoyed playing in the matches each week and were so enthusiastic despite the rain and freezing weather! Every child was dedicated and played excellently by showing perseverance, sportsmanship and teamwork. The children represented our school amazingly and everybody is so proud that they achieved third place in the league this year!
