At Cuerden Church School, we offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities each half term . We work alongside South Ribble Sports Development providing a variety of sports clubs to children across the school each half term.

Some of these clubs have included: 

• football
• tag rugby
• multi sports
• dance
• cheer leading
• fencing
• archery

Members of staff also run clubs each term. These include:

• Leading Lights - our ethos group
• Science club
• Digital Leaders
• Sign Language club
• Gardening club
• Choir

Letters are offered to all children in the relevant age group and wherever possible we try to ensure all children are able to access provision throughout the year. Where a club is over-subscribed, we will prioritise any children who have not previously attended a club and allocate remaining places by drawing names out of a hat.
