Place Value

We have been learning about Place Value in Year 3. The children have been representing numbers in different ways and participated in a quiz. 

 

The children have also been learning how to use number lines to identify and order numbers up to 1,000 and have learnt all about increments. They have also used their knowledge from Year 2 about greater than and less than symbols to compare and order numbers. The children have also been counting in 50s and have been working hard to solve problems using their reasoning skills.
